Make an appointment by phone

All consultations - including those with the doctor's assistants - are by appointment. The doctor's assistant can be reached between 08:00 - 10:30 to make an appointment. During the phone call, you will be asked about the reason for your contact. This is to best assess the nature and urgency of your complaints. The doctor's assistant is trained for this purpose and (like the GP) is obliged to treat your information confidentially.

When making an appointment, 15 minutes are reserved. If you think you need more time or if you plan to come with several people, inform the doctor's assistant when making an appointment. That way, sufficient extra time can be scheduled.

In case of urgency: select 1 in the drop-down menu.

Arrange it easily online

It is also possible to make an appointment online. This can be done by logging into the patient portal. Through the patient portal, you can also:

  • Requesting repeat prescriptions
  • Putting questions to your GP
  • Viewing your file

Note: At weekends and during school holidays, you cannot make appointments and ask questions (by e-consultation) in MijnGezondheids.net (MGn).
