Hidha or practitioner in Aalsmeer

Huisartsenpraktijk Westeinder is looking for a GP who wants to commit to the practice for a longer period of time. Huisartsenpraktijk Westeinder is a well-organised and enterprising practice in Aalsmeer, just under the smoke of Amsterdam.

The team consists of: 3 GPs, 2 POH-somatic, 1 POH-GGZ, 1 POH-GGZ Youth, 4 practice assistants, a trainee GP and a practice manager.

Characteristics of the practice

• Training practice for general practitioners and doctors' assistants
• NHG-accredited since 2009
• Integrated primary care through the District Partnership with good
  developed chain care around chronic diseases, (Asthma, COPD, DM, HVZ) and
  population-based programmes (falls and depression/anxiety)
• Our HIS is Medicom and our KIS is Portavita
• Member of Hagro Aalsmeer, part of the Huisartsen Coöperatie Amstelland and Amstelland Care
• GP services structure through HAP Amstelveen
• Patient population 6000 patients
• We also provide GP care to 100 residents of Ons Tweede Thuis

Job description

As a GP at Huisartsenpraktijk Westeinder, you work 3 days a week in a nice team and, together with the 3 permanent GPs, you take care of +/- 6000 patients. In addition, you like to think and work as part of a team and you are actively involved in developing and implementing improvements. We are looking for a GP who:

• Available at least 3 days a week
• Proactively participates in changes and likes to take the initiative
